Website terms
Short, specific, and limited to how this website works and how it relates to a service agreement.
What this website is
This website describes services offered under the SIVEN brand, part of Gracemark's global workforce business. It is intended to help business buyers understand what we do and request a proposal.
Content is informational, not advice
Guidance published here — including service descriptions, FAQs, the hiring cost guide and the workforce planner — is general information about how engagements are structured. It is not legal, tax, employment or immigration advice, and it does not take account of your specific circumstances.
The workforce planner generates a suggested structure from the answers you provide. It does not assess candidate availability, quote prices, guarantee dates, or reach conclusions about your legal position.
No offer or price commitment
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no price is quoted here. Prices are provided only in a written proposal prepared for your specific requirement.
Your service agreement governs
If you engage us, the written service agreement and proposal govern the relationship. Where this website and your agreement differ, your agreement applies.
Submissions
By submitting a form you confirm that the information and any files you provide may be shared with us for the purpose of responding, and that you are entitled to share them. Handling of your data is described in the privacy notice.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or its tools.
Brand and content
The SIVEN name, wordmark and the content of this site belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. Trademark clearance for the SIVEN wordmark has not been assessed and no trademark claim is made here.
Contracting and invoicing are handled through the Gracemark group's United States company, named in your proposal and service agreement. The registered company name, jurisdiction and governing-law clause are confirmed in that agreement.
