We source and screen candidates locally against your role, work pattern and cultural requirements, present a shortlist with our assessment, and support offer, onboarding and — where you need it — employment and payroll afterwards. International clients contract and invoice through the Gracemark group's United States company, with no Venezuelan entity required.
