SIVENStaffing in Venezuela

Solutions

Staff your Venezuela operation with flexible, assignment-based workforce support.

Staffing gives you people for defined assignments, project peaks and contract coverage without running a permanent hire process for every role. SIVEN sources, qualifies and places workers, with employment and payroll arranged around the assignment.

The problem we solve

You need people quickly for a project, a contract or a seasonal peak. Permanent recruitment is too slow, and your team is not set up to employ and pay contingent workers at scale. The result is delayed starts, missed deadlines and supervisors pulled into work below their level.

What you get

Pre-qualified workers matched to the assignment, with clear duration, deliverables, employment arrangement and payroll. You scale up and down without rebuilding your internal process each time.

Staffing provides workers for defined assignments. It is not permanent placement, and it does not replace your responsibility to direct the work.

Is this the right service for you?

Start with your business need. These examples can help you decide; if your situation is different, tell us what you need to achieve.

  • You have a workload peak, a contract to cover or a phase to deliver, and you need people on it now.
  • You do not want to add permanent headcount for work with a defined end date.
  • You need workers employed and paid by someone else while you direct the work.
  • You are replacing an agency that could not supply consistently or could not scale down cleanly.

How the engagement runs

Your proposal defines the scope, responsibilities and milestones, so you know what SIVEN manages, what your team decides and what happens next.

  1. 1. Assignment intake

We turn your requirement into an assignment brief: skills, headcount, duration, location, work pattern and the start date you actually need.

  2. 2. Sourcing and validation

We source from pre-qualified candidates, validate skills and references against the assignment criteria, and present the people who fit.

  3. 3. Terms before start

The employment arrangement, rates, replacement terms and supervision model are agreed in writing before anyone mobilizes.

  4. 4. Onboarding and mobilization

Documentation, inductions and day-one readiness are coordinated so the first shift is productive, not administrative.

  5. 5. Run, extend, ramp down

We manage extensions, replacements and end of assignment on agreed change control, so scaling down is as clean as scaling up.

How SIVEN supports your business

Any engagement type, any state

Temporary, fixed-term, project or contractor, in Caracas, Maracaibo, Puerto La Cruz, Valencia or a remote site — we scope what fits, we do not push one model.

One partner for people and payroll

Sourcing, employment arrangement, payroll and worker support sit in the same engagement, so you are not stitching three vendors together.

Costs you can defend internally

Compensation, employer costs, service fee and any project-specific expenses are separate lines in your proposal.

Gracemark group behind delivery

SIVEN is the Venezuela brand of the Gracemark workforce group, with contracting and invoicing through the group's United States company.

What happens after you contact us

Send the assignment and we come back with the questions that determine the rate, a realistic start window and what we need to place the first worker.

What this service includes

  • Intake to define the assignment, duration, location and must-have skills
  • Sourcing from pools of pre-qualified contingent workers
  • Skills validation and reference checks against the assignment criteria
  • Assignment terms, employment arrangement and payroll structure agreed before start
  • Worker onboarding, documentation and day-one readiness coordination
  • Ongoing assignment management, replacement and performance feedback
  • Change control for extensions, variations and end of assignment

What we need to build your proposal

  • The roles or skills needed, and how many people
  • Assignment duration and any project milestones it supports
  • Work location: site, office, remote or rotational
  • Target start date and how flexible it is
  • Whether you have an entity, or need employment arranged through a third party
  • Supervision model and who approves deliverables

Who is responsible for what

  • SIVEN sources, qualifies and places workers against the agreed assignment.
  • You define the work, supervise performance and approve deliverables.
  • The employment arrangement for each assignment is named in the proposal before anyone starts.
  • Payroll and worker support are handled through the agreed arrangement.
  • Extensions, replacements and ramp-down are agreed in writing.

How pricing works

Your proposal separates compensation, applicable employer costs, agreed benefits, service fees and any project-specific expenses.

  • Staffing is quoted per worker per assignment period, based on role scarcity, duration, volume and the employment arrangement used.
  • Longer assignments and volume commitments are reflected in the rate structure.

We do not publish “from” prices. A number without your roles, work pattern and employment arrangement behind it is not a price you can plan with.

The experience behind this service

Staffing delivery follows Gracemark's group workforce practice for contingent and assignment-based labour. Ask for the relevant Gracemark references during the proposal stage.

A common next step

When the assignment becomes a permanent role

Some assignments grow into direct hires. Recruitment handles that search when it is the right next step.

Questions buyers ask

Can a staffing assignment become a permanent hire?
Yes, when that is the right next step. The conversion terms are agreed before the assignment starts, not negotiated at conversion.
Who employs the staffed worker?
The employing party is named in your proposal. It may be your entity, an EOR arrangement where appropriate and available, or another agreed structure. We confirm the arrangement in writing before the assignment starts.
How quickly can a staffed worker start?
It depends on the role, location and verification required. We give you a realistic start timeline based on the assignment, not a generic promise.
What if the worker is not the right fit?
Replacement terms are agreed in writing before the assignment starts, including the period covered and the conditions that apply.
