SIVENStaffing in Venezuela

Solutions

Recruit the people your Venezuela operation needs.

Recruitment finds and qualifies candidates for any engagement you need — permanent, fixed-term, temporary, project-based or contractor — anywhere in Venezuela, under your own entity, an Employer of Record arrangement or a contractor engagement.

The problem we solve

An open role can delay sales, project delivery or day-to-day operations. SIVEN helps you define the requirements, reach candidates beyond your existing networks and assess them against the work you need done. The search supports your chosen engagement type anywhere in Venezuela.

What you get

A defined role, a qualified shortlist with written assessments against your criteria, and an offer process that already reflects how the person will be employed and paid. Recruitment runs against an agreed timeline with named responsibilities on both sides.

Recruitment finds candidates for the agreed employment arrangement. It does not by itself create an employment relationship between SIVEN and the candidate.

Is this the right service for you?

Start with your business need. These examples can help you decide; if your situation is different, tell us what you need to achieve.

  • You are hiring in Venezuela for the first time and do not know where the capability sits.
  • You have roles open too long, or candidates withdrawing late in the process.
  • You are hiring permanent, fixed-term, temporary, project-based or contractor people and want one search partner for all of them.
  • You need the search to run before the employment question is fully settled.

How the engagement runs

Your proposal defines the scope, responsibilities and milestones, so you know what SIVEN manages, what your team decides and what happens next.

  1. 1. Role intake

We convert your requirement into a role profile with must-have criteria, selection method and the decision process on your side.

  2. 2. Market mapping

We map where the capability realistically sits — including candidates who are not applying to advertisements — and tell you early if the profile needs adjusting.

  3. 3. Search and screening

Direct sourcing, advertised response handling and referrals, then structured screening with written summaries against your criteria.

  4. 4. Shortlist and selection

You receive a shortlist with evidence. We coordinate interviews, technical assessments and the reference checks you ask for.

  5. 5. Offer and start

We support the offer under the engagement you have chosen — your entity, an EOR arrangement or a contractor engagement — through to the start date.

How SIVEN supports your business

Every engagement type, not just permanent

Permanent, fixed-term, temporary, project or contractor. The engagement is your commercial decision; we recruit for whichever you choose.

Nationwide reach

We search across Venezuela — capital, industrial hubs, ports, remote sites — plus returning and diaspora candidates where the package makes that realistic.

Employment settled before the offer

The way the person will be employed and paid is defined before an offer goes out, which is where most Venezuela hires actually break down.

Written evidence, agreed replacement terms

Candidate assessments are written against your criteria, and replacement terms are agreed before the search starts, not after a hire fails.

What happens after you contact us

Send the role, or a few lines about what the person must deliver. We come back with the profile questions that change the search, and a realistic timeline for your role.

What this service includes

  • Direct sourcing, advertised response handling and referral outreach
  • Structured screening against your criteria, with written candidate summaries
  • Coordination of interviews, technical assessments and reference checks you request
  • Offer support, including how compensation is structured under the employment arrangement you have chosen
  • Replacement terms agreed in writing before the search starts

What we need to build your proposal

  • The role or roles, and how many of each
  • Whether the engagement is permanent, fixed-term, temporary, project-based or contractor
  • Where the work is performed: any state or city in Venezuela — site, office, remote or rotational
  • Whether you have a Venezuelan entity, or plan to employ through a third party
  • Seniority, essential technical requirements and language requirements
  • Target start date and any project milestone the hire is tied to
  • Your interview and approval process, and who makes the decision

Who is responsible for what

  • SIVEN runs sourcing, screening and shortlist delivery, and coordinates your selection process.
  • You define the role, make the hiring decision and confirm the offer.
  • Employment, payroll and onboarding are delivered under whichever arrangement you select — your own entity, an EOR arrangement, or a contractor engagement.
  • Where SIVEN is not the employer, SIVEN does not direct or supervise the person's work.

How pricing works

Your proposal separates compensation, applicable employer costs, agreed benefits, service fees and any project-specific expenses.

  • Recruitment is quoted per search or as a multi-role engagement, based on role scarcity, seniority, location, engagement type and volume.
  • We do not publish an average fee, because a single field supervisor search and a twelve-role commercial build are not the same work.

We do not publish “from” prices. A number without your roles, work pattern and employment arrangement behind it is not a price you can plan with.

The experience behind this service

Recruitment delivery draws on Gracemark's international workforce experience. Ask for the relevant Gracemark references during the proposal stage.

A common next step

When you want us to employ the workers too

Staffing places the same recruited people on assignment with employment and payroll handled for you, for project peaks and contract coverage.

Questions buyers ask

Can you recruit if we do not have a Venezuelan entity yet?
Yes. We can run the search in parallel with an employment-model review, so the offer is made under an arrangement that already exists. We will tell you plainly when the employment question needs to be resolved before an offer is made.
Do you work on exclusive terms?
We work both ways, and we will tell you which we recommend for your role. Scarce technical and leadership roles usually benefit from a committed search with an agreed timeline.
What happens if a hire does not work out?
Replacement terms are agreed in writing in your proposal before the search starts, including the period covered and the conditions that apply.
Can you source Venezuelan professionals currently living abroad?
We will include returning and diaspora candidates in the mapping where the role and package make that realistic, and we will say so honestly when it is not.
