What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, and your requirement. Optionally you may also provide a phone number, headcount, target date, work location, sector and file attachments.

We also record technical context that helps us respond and understand how our site is used: the page you submitted from, the button you used, your language, the page you first landed on, the referring website, and campaign parameters in the URL if any were present.

If you use the workforce planner and then contact us, your planner answers and the generated plan are attached to your enquiry so you do not have to repeat them.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver services you engage us for. This is the only reason your details are required.

Marketing communication is separate and optional. You are never required to accept marketing to receive a reply, and you can withdraw at any time by replying to any message we send.

Files you upload

Uploaded files are stored in private storage. They are not publicly accessible and no public link is generated for them. Access is restricted to authorised SIVEN personnel handling your enquiry.

We accept PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV and TXT files, up to 10 MB each and up to three files per submission. File type and size are validated on our server, not only in your browser.

Analytics

We measure how the site is used — which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, where forms are started and where they fail. This helps us fix problems and improve the site.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, uploaded files or the text of your requirement to analytics platforms. Attribution data is stored in your browser and only travels with your enquiry when you choose to submit one.

Sharing

Your details are handled within the Gracemark group for the purpose of responding to and delivering your enquiry. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Where a service you engage requires a third party — for example an employment arrangement — the parties involved are named in your proposal before you commit.

Retention

Enquiries and their attachments are retained for as long as needed to respond, to deliver services, and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to the engagement.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us through the contact page and tell us what you need.
