Coordinate your Venezuela contractor engagements with clear terms and payment support.
Contractor management brings structure to independent engagements: reviewed classification, written scope, tracked deliverables and payment support that leaves a record.

The problem we solve
Contractor arrangements accumulate quietly. Scope lives in an email thread, invoices arrive in different formats, and nobody has reviewed whether the working relationship still matches the contract that describes it. When a project is audited or a dispute starts, the paperwork is the weakest part of the engagement.
What you get
Each engagement documented with a defined scope and deliverables, a classification review before signature, a consistent invoice and approval route, and a record you can produce on request.
Contractor management does not automatically make an employee relationship an independent contract. Where the substance of a relationship is employment, relabelling it does not change that.
Is this the right service for you?
Start with your business need. These examples can help you decide; if your situation is different, tell us what you need to achieve.
- You engage independent specialists in Venezuela and the paperwork has fallen behind the reality.
- Invoices arrive in different formats with no consistent approval route.
- You are being audited, or a client requires evidence of how your contractors are engaged.
- You suspect some engagements are misclassified and want an honest review.
How the engagement runs
Your proposal defines the scope, responsibilities and milestones, so you know what SIVEN manages, what your team decides and what happens next.
1. Engagement review
We review each engagement against how the work is actually performed and report the classification findings to you in writing.
2. Terms and onboarding
Written engagement terms covering scope, deliverables, duration, rates and IP, plus documentation collection for each contractor.
3. Deliverables and invoicing
Milestone tracking against the agreed scope, invoice validation and a consistent approval route.
4. Payment and records
Payment coordination on the agreed cycle, with engagement records maintained for audit and review.
5. Change and closure
Extensions, variations and closure run on change control instead of email threads.
How SIVEN supports your business
We will tell you what we find
Where a relationship is employment in substance, we say so and set out the alternatives rather than processing it as-is.
A record you can produce
Scope, deliverables, approvals and payments leave a consistent trail for clients, auditors and your own review.
A route to employment when needed
Where a contractor should be employed, an EOR arrangement can be scoped for that worker category in the same engagement.

- SIVEN administers the engagement documentation, tracking and payment coordination you agree.
- You define the deliverables and accept the work.
- Classification findings are reported to you in writing; the decision on how to proceed is yours.
- Where a review indicates the relationship resembles employment, we say so and set out the alternatives rather than processing it as-is.
How pricing works
Your proposal separates compensation, applicable employer costs, agreed benefits, service fees and any project-specific expenses.
- Contractor management is quoted per contractor per cycle, with pricing driven by volume, engagement complexity and payment frequency.
- Remediation of existing engagements is scoped and priced separately from ongoing administration.
We do not publish “from” prices. A number without your roles, work pattern and employment arrangement behind it is not a price you can plan with.
The experience behind this service
Contractor governance follows Gracemark's group practice for distributed workforce programmes. Ask for the relevant Gracemark references during the proposal stage.
A common next step
When a contractor should become an employee
Where an engagement is better handled as employment, an Employer of Record arrangement can be scoped for that worker category.
Questions buyers ask
- Can you convert our employees to contractors?
- No. If the working relationship is employment in substance, changing the paperwork does not change the relationship. We will review your engagements and tell you what we find.
- Can you take on contractors we have already engaged?
- Yes. We review the existing engagements first and report what needs to be documented, corrected or restructured before we administer them.
- Do you pay the contractors directly?
- Payment coordination is scoped in the proposal, including which party pays, on what cycle and through which route.
- What if a contractor should really be an employee?
- We tell you, in writing, with the reasoning. Then we set out the employment options — your entity, or an EOR arrangement where it is appropriate and available.
