SIVENStaffing in Venezuela

Insights

What a Venezuela hire actually costs you.

Not a single number. A hire is a set of separate cost lines, and which of them apply depends on the role, the work pattern and the employment arrangement behind it. This guide shows the structure, then prices your specific roles on request.

Build an estimate around your role, location and work pattern. We price against your actual requirement rather than a generic national average, so your budget reflects the work you need done.

The cost lines we separate in every proposal

Your proposal separates compensation, applicable employer costs, agreed benefits, service fees and any project-specific expenses.

Compensation

The gross amount paid to the person. It depends on the role, the level, where the work is performed and the work pattern — not on a national average.

Applicable employer costs

Statutory contributions and employment-related costs that apply to the arrangement you use. These are quoted against your specific arrangement, not estimated as a flat percentage.

Agreed benefits

Anything you choose to provide beyond compensation, such as meal support, transport, medical cover or allowances. These are your decision and they are quoted as their own line.

Service fees

What SIVEN charges for the service you engage: recruitment, executive search, employment support, payroll administration, contractor management or project staffing.

Equipment

Devices, tooling, PPE or connectivity a role requires. Often overlooked in market-entry budgets and material for field and technical roles.

Travel or rotation

Mobilization, rotation cycles, accommodation and transport where the work pattern requires them. A rotational role and a residential role are not the same cost.

Other project expenses

Anything specific to your project, such as site inductions, medicals, certifications or client-mandated requirements.

What we will ask you before quoting

  • The role, the level and how many of each you need.
  • Where the work is performed, and whether it is onsite, remote or rotational.
  • Whether you have a Venezuelan entity, or intend to employ through a third party.
  • The benefits you intend to offer, if any.
  • Your target start date and any milestone the hire is tied to.
  • Equipment, certification, medical or site-access requirements that apply.

When we publish numeric ranges here, each one will state its currency, whether it is monthly or annual, that it is gross compensation, the role and level, the location or geographic scope, the data date, the source and methodology, the sample limitations, and what the figure includes and excludes. Until data meeting that standard is approved, this page shows structure rather than numbers.

Costing a team rather than a role?

The planner turns your roles, location and timing into a hiring sequence and a list of exactly what we need to price it.
